As CEO, I’m not just satisfied – I’m thrilled with how perfectly the website represents our services. As a local provider in a rural area, I especially appreciate the visibility and relevance our website now has in search results related to solar systems.

I am extremely satisfied with the result and have already received a lot of recognition from my former colleagues as well as from new customers and business partners.

What's the difference between a decorative banner and real cookie protection?
A decorative banner gives visitors a choice – but tracking scripts fire the moment the page loads, regardless of what they click. Real protection means nothing runs until the visitor has actively consented: no script, no tracker, no pixel. That's what a Pre-Boot Shield does. It's the only approach that's actually GDPR-compliant.
Why do I need a DPA if I'm just using Google Analytics?
Google Analytics processes personal data – IP addresses, browsing behaviour – on your behalf. That makes Google a data processor under Art. 28 GDPR, and a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) becomes a legal requirement. The same goes for Meta Pixel, newsletter platforms, hosting providers and most other third-party tools.
What is Google Consent Mode v2 and why does it matter?
Since March 2024, Google requires Consent Mode v2 for all websites running Google Analytics or Google Ads in the EU. Without it, you lose conversion data the moment a visitor declines cookies. With it, Google can model the missing data – so your campaigns stay measurable and can still be optimised.
I'm a service business, not a shop. Do I still need terms & conditions?
It's not a legal requirement for service providers – but going without them means default statutory rules apply, which are often less favourable. For B2B businesses in particular, clear terms matter when it comes to liability, payment timelines and ownership of deliverables.
Can I trust that the documents are legally solid?
The documents are built to current legal standards and work well for most standard business setups. They're generated by an AI-powered legal text system and individually configured for your business – but they're not a substitute for legal advice. For businesses in more complex situations – healthcare, B2B contracts, platforms – I recommend a review by a specialist legal partner, available on request.
What happens when data protection laws change?
Your documents are monitored continuously. When there's a relevant update – a new court ruling, a regulatory change – you'll get notified and I'll update your documents as part of the ongoing service.
How long does the setup take?
Cookie consent setup usually takes 1–2 business days. Legal documents are created and integrated within 3–5 business days. Add 5–7 business days if a specialist legal review is requested.
What if something on my website changes?
As part of the ongoing service, I handle all updates, adjustments and monitoring. Need to add a new tool, change a language, or update the design? Just drop me a message.
Disclaimer: I'm not a lawyer. The documents are built from your inputs and current legal requirements – they're correctly configured, but they don't replace professional legal advice. For businesses with more complex needs, a review by a specialist legal partner is available on request.
